Organization History
NOAH Foundation was formed in 2019 as the Internet of Things presented itself as the primary way leadership will combat recurring climate change and environmental problems. The CEO, Isadora Detres, is an independent consultant with a twenty- year career managing various technology implementations and collaborating on multi-million-dollar initiatives for international Fortune 500 companies. In 2019, Isadora expanded her services for nonprofit opportunities to further use her education, experience, and vision. NOAH is organized to serve both established corporations and start-ups participating in building Smart Cities, using Smart Grid technologies, and the Internet of Things to accomplish projects aimed to implement green and sustainable solutions. NOAH additionally works with various resources to implement programs funded through donor support.
Today the Foundation is committed to using AI wherever possible, while supporting initiatives that coincide with the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), and the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
ISADORA DETRES
Isadora is the Founder and CEO of NOAH Foundation. She has led global implementations, with a proven track record for building teams and delivering the scope of services on time. Isadora began her career in 2000 at international semiconductor facility provider Gemalto, now Thales DIS, and after completing her M.B.A in Technology Management, she continued in business by providing IT and Business consulting services for Fortune 100 companies such as Prudential Financial, Merck, Pfizer, and UnitedHealth Group. Isadora earned her Project Management Professional certification, completed additional technology and operations management coursework through Harvard University, and was awarded a Microsoft AI for Earth grant for a trademarked machine learning solution. Ms. Detres most recently earned her certification as a registered Human Rights Consultant with the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, Washington D.C. to bolster her insights about projects, products, and partnerships that NOAH Foundation can engage with in its pursuit of reaching the United Nations SDG2030 goals.
CHEIF FINANCIAL OFFICER
STEVE CIAMPOLI
After completing his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration, Steve built a successful niche tax practice, specializing in the specific requirements of medical practitioners and their families. By the early 1990s, he became a leader in the field and had built strong relationships with attendings and chief residents at some of the nation’s leading teaching hospitals. The hospitals requested him to provide seminars to their residents and fellows who were getting a world-class medical education but were having a hard time finding accurate tax advice, and often damaging and biased information regarding income protection and wealth accumulation strategies. Many of these residents and fellows were new in the country. Steve represents many highly rated companies in the financial service industry which allows him to provide unbiased recommendations to best suit each individual’s unique needs and concerns. Steve has been the point of contact for financials at NOAH Foundation since it began in 2019.
CHEIF MARKETING OFFICER
TAEHOON (JOSHUA) KIM
Taehoon (Joshua) Kim is the founder of TAF JK Group, Inc., a highly successful digital marketing agency based in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University, teaching courses in Influencer Marketing and Principles of Marketing. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and an MBA in business administration and management, Mr. Kim is a recognized expert in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media, Web Development, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Furthermore, Mr. Kim is the co-founder of Metafyi, a Metaverse marketing and education business. Taehoon (Joshua) Kim has been a key figure in digital marketing and web development at the NOAH Foundation since it began in 2019.
